Please print this page out and have the new client provide this to us at their home inspection. Once we perform the inspection and are paid, we will then mail you a $25 check for referring us. If they forget to provide it to us and you referred them, simply take a picture of this page and either text it to us at 402-330-1701 or email it to f2rinc@yahoo.com.
In the event that more than 1 past client refers the same new client, we will pay $25 to the first person who we receive this form from.
